The nucleus of Hiremate eLAN is the comprehensive database management function that controls the information relating to your clients, equipment and their contracts.

Contract Database
Hiremate eLAN maintains details of every contract created with full history recorded for a user-specified length of time.

Each contract can utilise standard address details for delivery sites or can be changed as required. Up to four addresses can be recorded against each contract with details for purchase order numbers, site manager ID, notes, despatch and collections dates etc.

Contracts can contain an unlimited number of lines, each invoicing on totally independent basisÔs. Sales and hire lines can be mixed on the same contract.

User-defined documentation can be produced automatically whenever contracts are created, amended or closed. Naturally, the invoice engine works off the contract database with no requirement for user intervention.

Customer Database
Hiremate eLAN maintains details of all customers and their sites as well as an unlimited number of contacts.

Links to external accounting systems allow new customers to be created in either Hiremate elan or the accounting system and transferred back and forth. Individual or groups of customers can be created with their own discount structures or pricing methods to allow quick creation of correctly priced contracts without reference to manual lists.

Full history of all client contract activity is maintained by Hiremate eLAN giving quick drill-down access to related information. References within the customer database allow seamless access to customer eMail and web sites.

Equipment & Assets Database
Hiremate eLAN The Hiremate eLAN equipment database holds details of all the assets, stock, service items and x-hires available for sale and/or hire.

Multi-depot stock and accessory items allow the user to monitor stock levels independently at each depot from one simple screen.

Depreciation, profitability and usage are all monitored and recorded for each asset. Scheduled maintenance for each main asset is a standard feature of the system with enhanced functionality available via the Test Certificate and Workshop modules.

Standard reports available against this database include Equipment Status list, Asset Register, Profitability and Maintenance Planner.
