Administration All options and features may be protected by user definable security settings, allowing tailored menus to be created for different personnel. A flexible document design and generation system is incorporated within Hiremate eLAN, allowing documents to be created and automatically produced at certain trigger points. Examples of the use of this facility would be on hire notes, delivery notes, order confirmations that could be either printed or faxed. Accounts
Integration Hire and sales invoices, complete with analysis and VAT breakdowns, will update Sales Ledgers automatically. Updated account balances and On Stop indicators will be shown when contracts are created. Suppliers may be viewed and Purchase Orders placed, either for Stock or Non Stock items. Multi Depot Issues and Requisitions may also be processed, updating levels and retrieving current pricing immediately. Hiremate eLAN currently has full integration to leading systems such as Pegasus Opera, Sage and Access Accounts, but also has a design that allows other 3rd party accounting systems to be utilised with minimal effort. |
